This private estate turned public garden, consists of thirteen acres on a high bluff on the western bank of the Willamette River. The property includes cultivated English-style gardens, designed by the New York firm of Olmstead and Son, who also designed Central Park in New York City and Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon.
